Welcome to JobGenie! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our Platform. By using JobGenie, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Platform.

1. The Role of JobGenie

JobGenie provides a platform connecting clients and jobseekers.
We do not guarantee the success, quality, or completion of jobs posted on the Platform.
We are not liable for disputes between clients and jobseekers.

2. Account Registration

You must be at least 16 years old to use JobGenie.
Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

3. Posting Jobs and Bidding

For Clients:

Post jobs with accurate descriptions and realistic budgets.
You may select a winning bid at your discretion.

For Jobseekers:

Submit bids responsibly, ensuring your ability to complete the job.
Bids are non-binding until accepted by the client.

4. Payments

Clients must pay the winning bid amount at the start of the job through the Platform. The full funds are only released upon successful completion of the job.
JobGenie deducts a platform fee of 10% from jobseekers upon payment.
Payments are processed securely via third-party services.

5. Pricing Structure

For Jobseekers/Bidders:

Basic Access: Free tier with limited bids per month.
Premium Access: Paid subscriptions ranging from £15-£30/month for unlimited bidding opportunities.

For Clients:

Standard Posts: Free of charge.
Highlighted Posts: Optional premium feature starting at £5 per job post, enabling greater visibility.

Platform Commission:

A 10% service fee is applied to the jobseeker’s payment upon successful job completion.

6. Prohibited Activities

Misrepresenting your identity or qualifications.
Posting illegal, harmful, or fraudulent job listings.
Engaging in unauthorized payment transactions outside the Platform.

7. Dispute Resolution

JobGenie provides limited support for disputes but is not responsible for resolving them.
Users are encouraged to communicate and resolve issues independently.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

10. Limitation of Liability

JobGenie is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
